All rights and content will remain accessible via. our IAAS (Imagination-As-A-Service) subscription portal. This access/deployment method provides the quickest, and most secure way to consume and bid on original works announced each fiscal quarter. IA members and potential partners will have first-look rights across these works, which will not remain publicly available, nor publicly shared until a project bidder is selected and announced as formal partner.

The bidding project winner may then choose if and how to proceed with announcing the project’s commencement-maintaining end-end ownership of the project from ideation through completion. The works will also have increased value due to our patented IP/NFT registration. A process in which all works have formally completed- including patent registration in accordance with all federal/state protocols, and advanced IP registration of images, characters, titles, scenes, and likeness. Additionally, IA will assist our partners as co-owners and advisers of the works, as we shepherd them towards advancement and completion with content, marketing, legal and business support mechanisms.
